How to Take Part

Complete an Eligible Skills Building Course
Each week, the Skills Building Challenge features one or two selected courses, such as:
- Project Management
- Artificial Intelligence & Decision-Making
Share Your Achievement
After completing the course, post your course certificate link on social media with #PowerUpWithPfunzo so we can track your participation.
Be Part of the Weekly Selection
All eligible Skills Building Challenge participants are entered into a random selection process for that week's rewards — up to R10,000 shared among selected learners.
No Financial Risk
If you're on a paid subscription and refer friends who subscribe using your referral code, you will get a full refund of your yearly subscription fee (currently $5 equivalent). This means you can keep learning for free all year while still taking part in the Skills Building Challenge.
