Refund Policy

Introduction
At Pfunzo, we are committed to providing affordable, transformative, and high-quality learning experiences. As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, we've outlined our refund policy for all users and partners below.
1. Individual Learners (R90/year)
- All payments made by individual learners for annual access are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally made more than one payment, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate.
- Access issues: If you are unable to access your account due to a verified technical issue that we cannot resolve within 14 days, you may request a full or partial refund.
2. Institutional Subscriptions ($5,000+/year)
- Due to the custom nature of institutional access, payments made by institutions are non-refundable after onboarding has begun.
- Refunds may be considered only if:
- The institution has not yet been onboarded, and
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 10 business days of payment.
- No refunds will be issued for partial use or non-use of the service once access has been granted.
3. Donations & Sponsorships (R90+, $500, $5000 or custom)
- Donations and sponsorships are considered final and non-refundable.
- In case of accidental duplicate donations, please contact us within 7 days for a correction or refund.
- Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with how funds were used once a sponsorship has been allocated.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your full name
- Email address used for payment
- Payment confirmation or reference number
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request within 7 business days and respond with a resolution or next steps.
5. Changes to This Policy
Pfunzo reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
