• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, tools, logos, and software—is the property of Pfunzo, its licensors, or its users and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Course creators retain ownership of the courses and related materials they provide, unless they were commissioned and paid by Pfunzo to create such content. In cases where Pfunzo has funded or explicitly contracted the creation of content, full rights to that content belong to Pfunzo.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code
• Use the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent

Pfunzo reserves the right to use contributed content to operate, improve, and promote the platform while respecting creator ownership where applicable.

5. User Content

You may upload, submit, or share content through Pfunzo ("User Content"). You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt our systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ends immediately
• We may retain or delete your User Content in accordance with applicable laws
